Pet Reiki
This little terrier was run over when she was a few months old by a landrover. Her hind leg was broken and had to be pinned in two places, the growth plate was also damaged. 8 years on she has one hind leg 1" shorter than the other and arthritis has set in. With regular Reiki treatments the symptoms seem to be kept under control and life is as good as it gets for this lovely little dog.
Reiki in Africa
On a recent visit to Africa I stayed at a Centre for re habilitating reptiles where I was asked if I would give Reiki. As I agreed I was Imagining a snake or crocodile but to my surprise (and delight!) the lady running the Centre asked if I could give Reiki to a ground squirrel which had been brought in. This poor little ground squirrel had been poisoned and it was as much as he could do just to open his eyes after 5 days. He was not given much chance of surviving, they had tried just about everything. I gave him two sessions and last I heard he was up and doing well.
